On 15th July 2008 an article was published in 'le Parisien', the daily newspaper for Paris, about an incident of the previous day involving a man with a knife. According to details given in 'le Parisien', the incident took place at rue Moret in the 11th arrondissement of Paris around 2pm, when a man was seen in a distressed state shouting incomprehensibly whilst waving around a long bladed knife.
